Jazz is the definition of sweetness. This senior beauty is gentle to her core—she takes treats with utmost politeness and loves nothing more than being close to her loved ones. She’s easygoing yet still playful, curious, and wonderfully cuddly.
 
One of Jazz’s best qualities? She doesn’t bark! Though she’s hard of hearing, it only adds to her calm, serene nature. She has a slight weakness in her back legs, but with carpet under her paws, you’d never notice.
Jazz is a bath-time enthusiast and completely potty-trained. She gets along beautifully with low- to medium-energy dogs and blends right in with her foster siblings. Her way of asking for love? A gentle bump to your leg for a head rub, followed by a happy roll on the floor.
 
Curious and affectionate, Jazz is the ideal low-maintenance companion for someone seeking a loving friend without the chaos. If you’re looking for a dog who will melt your heart every single day, Jazz is ready to make your home her forever home.

The Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter is open every day from noon to 6pm (excluding limited holidays/events). You can meet our adoptable animals with the convenience of an appointment or as a walk-in. Appointments can be made by emailing adoption@wilcotx.gov.

In addition to our main shelter at 1855 SE Inner Loop, Georgetown, TX 78626, you can also meet adoptable dogs at our satellite location, the Red Poppy Adoptique, located at 110 W L Walden Dr, Georgetown, TX 78626.

Looking for a fun way to make a difference? Try our Doggy Day Out program! Take one of our pups on an adventure for a few hours-giving them a much-needed break from the shelter while you enjoy some quality time. The program runs at both locations daily starting at noon.
