Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Beck — a stunning five-year-old brindle pit bull mix with a heart as gentle as her eyes. Found as a stray, Beck is still learning that people can be kind and safe. As beautiful and sweet as she is, she’s not a “meet once and take home” kind of girl. She needs time, patience, and understanding to truly shine.
Our dedicated staff is working closely with her every day, helping her gain confidence and learn to trust. She’s still timid with new people, but she’s shown she can be quite fond of other dogs. Beck is also learning to walk on a leash — slow and steady progress that makes every little victory worth celebrating.
She hasn’t been tested with kids or cats yet, and she’ll need a special adopter who’s ready to invest in her journey. Beck may require extra time and patience, but the love and loyalty she’ll give in return will be more than worth it. For the right person, Beck will be an incredibly rewarding companion — one whose trust is truly earned and forever kept.
