My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi there, I'm Honey! Have you been dreaming of finding the most loyal, affectionate, loving, and playful companion ever? If so, then I'm your perfect match! I'm a silly and super sweet pup who loves belly rubs, ear scratches, and giving kisses! I was rescued from a heartbreaking situation; until being rescued by BFP, I was living in an apartment building's parking lot, tied up to a car 24/7. Despite going so long without the care and love I deserved, I'm making up for lost time now by making fast friends with every person I meet! My biggest wish is to find a forever home who will love me for the rest of my life-- oh, and my friend, Gucci, wants to come, too! Gucci and I were rescued from the same rough circumstances, but, he's just as sweet and cuddly as me. We are an adorable, joyous, and snuggly pair and we can't wait to find a family who will cherish us! Could that be you?

🏡 My Home’s Requirements: I'm looking for a home that can welcome both myself and the pup I am bonded to!

📍 My Location: LOS ANGELES, CA

Please note: Third-party sites like PetFinder or Adopt-a-Pet may sometimes list multiple locations for the same animal. My correct and current location is the one listed above!

Beagle Freedom Project facilitates out-of-state adoptions, provided the adopter can travel to the animal’s current location for pickup.

Additional adoption info

ABOUT OUR ADOPTION PROCESS: Standardly, Beagle Freedom Project does not facilitate animal meet and greets. Instead, we begin all BFP adoptions with a trial-period; this is called ‘fostering-to-adopt’. At BFP, we believe that the best way for an adopter to be certain that an animal is their perfect match is by giving them an opportunity to truly know each other before finalizing an adoption. As BFP animals come from such traumatic pasts, they can often be shy upon a first meeting. Foster-to-adopt trials allow these special animals an opportunity to decompress and show their authentic personality before an official adoption decision is made.
