Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Halle Girl is sponsored by Major Ball.
Meet Halle Girl! 🌺💖
This sweet pit bull mix came to us all the way from Maui, and she’s ready to start her new chapter on the mainland! Halle Girl recently had surgery on her right second mammary and is healing up wonderfully. Before that, she was a devoted mama who raised her puppies with so much love — now it’s her turn to be cared for and adored.
The shelter can feel a little overwhelming for her (all that barking isn’t exactly island vibes!), but once she’s out of the chaos, her gentle, loving nature shines. She’s a total cuddlebug who wants nothing more than to be close to her person, soaking up every bit of affection. With a little patience and kindness, Halle Girl will quickly become your shadow and your best friend. She’s ready to leave her mama days behind and start her own happily-ever-after!
If you’re looking for a loyal, affectionate companion with a heart as warm as the Hawaiian sun, Halle Girl is your girl. 🌸🐾
If you are interested in meeting Halle Girl, the shelter is open Tuesday through Saturday 11am – 5pm, Sunday 11am-4pm (Winter Hours). If you’d like to schedule an appointment, check out the pets’ profile on our website at newberganimals.com to fill out an application and email to frontdesk@newberganimals.com.Due to COVID-19, we are currently only open by appointment. We are receiving multiple applications on every pet. If we do not call you to do an adoption, please do not consider it a rejection. We simply have a lot of applications coming in and very limited staff.
Adoption Applications do not place holds on pets, nor do we do pre-adoptions.
Rather than doing first-come-first-serve adoptions, Newberg Animal Shelter considers all applications and chooses the home that is the best fit for that particular pet. We want the adoptions to be happy and successful for the family and the pets.
Our adoption fees include spay/neuter, and at least their first set of vaccines, and microchip.
