My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My foster writes:
Professional Huntress and Part-Time Baguette
One of the best things about this sweet girl is her "secret life" as a tiny, independent huntress. She doesn't need a constant playmate to have a good time-she is 100% capable of tracking down her toys and entertaining herself. You'll often find her "on the prowl" through the house, completely focused on her latest mission. For all her tough-girl independence, she is deeply loyal. Once the hunt is over, she has a very specific way of relaxing: she'll stretch out completely flat like a long baguette and roll all over the floor. When its bed time, she'll often choose to curl up right at the end of the bed, keeping watch over your feet (or her "uncaught prey") as a devoted companion. She also absolutely melts for chin and face scratches-it's the fastest way to her heart! She would be the best fit for someone who appreciates a cat with a "job" to do, but who also wants a quiet, faithful friend to love everyday.

Sweet, speedy, and just a little shy, this curious girl is ready to find her forever home! She's a professional self-entertainer who loves batting at feathered toys and can be seen dashing around the room with lightning speed when she plays. She's not much of a treat connoisseur, but she'll happily devour her canned food. Her favorite spot is on the couch cuddled up with stuffed animals, a place she'll readily claim as soon as you're not there.

What my friends at ACC say about me:

I would appreciate slow introductions to new people and places to help me feel safe.

I prefer to call the shots and enjoy coming to you when I'm ready for pets.

I am finding the shelter a little overwhelming, but when it's just you and me and some peace and quiet you'll see what a love bug I am.

I can be slow to adjust to new environments. I prefer to take things at my own pace.
