Scooter is a sweet, happy boy who would love nothing more than a person to call his own. He was returned to ARF through no fault of his own and is still settling back into shelter life. Like many dogs, he appreciates a little time to warm up in new situations, but once he does, Scooter is incredibly affectionate and loving.
He would do best in a calm home where he can continue to build confidence at his own pace. With patience and kindness, Scooter will reward you with endless affection, loyalty, and a lifetime of love.
