This helps Karl’s Canine Krew with pet care costs.
Comet is a as bright and full of energy as his name suggests! Weighing in around 23 pounds, this handsome pup is playful, curious, and full of personality. He loves to wrestle with his much larger foster buddy, BG, and holds his own with confidence and enthusiasm.
Comet is a quick learner and already shows off some great manners — he’s crate trained, house trained, knows how to sit, and is doing well on leash (still working on not pulling, but he’s eager to please, especially when treats are involved!).
This smart boy does great with other dogs, kids, and people once he has a little time to warm up. He’s still young, so with the right introductions, he’d likely do well with cats, too.
Comet has a medium-to-high energy level — he’s still in his puppy phase, after all — and will thrive with playtime, walks, and a bit of training to keep that sharp mind busy. After getting his zoomies out, he loves nothing more than curling up next to his person for some well-earned cuddles and pets.
Comet would be a great fit for an active family or adopter who’s ready to continue his training and give him lots of love and adventure. With his smarts, charm, and sweet nature, this pup is sure to make a stellar companion!
