Marshmallow is a 3-month-old terrier mix puppy who is as soft, sweet, and lovable as her name suggests. She’s a true affection-seeker with a heart full of love and a strong desire to be close to her people—after all, she’s still just a baby.
Her mama, Greta, is a Dachshund mix, and her papa is a scruffy terrier. Marshmallow and all six of her brothers and sisters were adopted through Family Dog Rescue. Marshmallow was adopted too, but her first home wasn’t the right fit due to a much larger sibling dog—so she’s back with us, ready for the forever family that’s truly meant for her.
Marshmallow is:
🐶 Super sweet and incredibly affectionate
🌙 Sleeping through the night (as long as she’s with her people)
🚽 About 75% potty trained
👧🐕 Wonderful with kids and other dogs
💕 A total love bug who thrives on closeness and reassurance
* Estimated to be around 20-25 pounds full grown
She’s happiest when she’s being held, cuddled, or simply following her people from room to room. Marshmallow would do best in a home where she can receive plenty of affection, attention, and companionship—and where her gentle, loving nature will be cherished.

We are looking for responsible, warm-hearted people to give our dogs the wonderful homes they deserve. Our adoption process is thorough but fast. We focus on making the best match between you and the right dog. To adopt, you will need to:
1. Complete the Adoption Application.
2. Meet the dog you want to adopt.
3. Show proof that you can have a dog in your home (lease, mortgage, letter from landlord).
4. Sign our Adoption Agreement and pay an Adoption Fee.
