Alistair is one of those rare, tender-hearted pups who wants nothing more than to be near his person. He will quietly sit beside you, follow you from room to room, and patiently wait for your eyes to meet his—because to him, love is everything.
He’s playful with other dogs, enjoys their company, but he clearly prefers humans. He is absolutely a Velcro dog—the type who bonds deeply and loyally with his person.
💙 What makes Alistair special:
Sweet, gentle, and soft-natured
Patient and trusting
Loves human affection
Playful but never overwhelming
Dappled front legs and big expressive eyes
Wants to love and be loved—simple as that
🩺 Medical Note:
Little Alistair currently has a small histiocytoma on his face—basically a benign skin bump that many young dogs get. He is being treated appropriately, but because it bothers him, he wears a cone so he can’t scratch it. Most histiocytomas disappear on their own with time and care, but he needs an adopter willing to help him through the healing process.
Alistair is looking for a forever home that will love him just as he is—cone and all—and help him finish healing. In return, you’ll have a loyal shadow, a gentle companion, and a puppy who looks at you with complete trust and adoration.
