My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Ella

Ella’s story began on the streets of Skid Row, where she was tied to a bicycle since birth and lost her bonded sister to parvo just days after being rescued. But this brave girl never stopped believing — and now she’s ready for her own forever home.

At just five months old and about 35 lbs, Ella is a shepherd mix with the stunning golden coat, black mask, and graceful features of a Belgian Malinois — but without the high-drive energy typical of the breed.

She’s the best of both worlds: incredibly intelligent, yet calm, gentle, and easygoing.

Ella adores other dogs and truly blossoms when she has canine friends to play with. She’s affectionate and soulful. Great with people, young and old, and even unfazed by the resident macaw (yes, really!).

She’s been with our trainer, is thriving with structure, and needs a loving home to continue her journey of healing and happiness.

Ella is fully vetted, spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped.

Ella is ready to fill your heart — and home — with love.
