MEET SARIA! STATS: 1 year old, spayed, Brindle American Staffy Mix AFFECTION/ENERGY LEVEL: I might be petite, but I have a BIG personality! Every day is a new opportunity to have fun, and it is my responsibility to show you how! My family at the shelter call me a little jumping bean, because I bounce around as if I had springs on my feet. Although I have a lot of playful energy, I am super affectionate and absolutely melt for scratches and snuggles. WHAT I LOVE: I LOVE playing outside, and I especially love getting rowdy outside in the yard with my dog friends. If we are all playing, I want to be at the center of the action, rolling around or playfully bouncing off my dog pals. Play fighting? I am SO down! Don`t worry - I know the limit if we get too rough! Words cannot express how much I love to play! KIDS: I haven`t been formally tested with kids, but my shelter family thinks I would be good with older kids that can handle my energy. OTHER DOGS: I`m very dog-friendly and love playing with my dog friends! I go to playgroup every day at the shelter! CATS: Unknown HER MATCH: I would love a family that will give me the playtime, exercise, and love I crave! I am such a sweet, playful, and affectionate little lady and I would be so happy to have someone that enjoys walks, playing fetch, and socializing. Every adoptable pet is Spayed or Neutered, implanted with a microchip, current on age appropriate vaccinations including a current 1-year Rabies Vaccination, and current on monthly Flea/tick prevention, and heartworm prevention for dogs. All pets are behaviorally and medically evaluated prior to being placed up for adoption. Adoptions are matched based on best placement and require no negative animal history.

The shelter is open to the public Monday through Friday from 10am to 5pm. We also offer Saturday hours from 9:00am to 12:00pm with extended hours on the third Saturday of every month.
