My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lilly is a stunning 2-year-old white German Shepherd with a gentle heart and a soft, soulful presence. Her gorgeous looks are matched by her sweet personality—she’s a cuddle bug who often prefers pets over treats and loves nothing more than snuggling up with her people. Lilly is still a bit on the shy side, but she has been steadily warming up to her foster’s friends and neighbors, showing just how beautifully she can blossom with patience and love. She’s also an excellent little "guard dog", always attentive to who comes and goes, and she even enjoys watching TV like the smartest girl she is!

Lilly is making great progress building confidence both inside the home and out on walks. She already knows how to sit, give paw, and wait at the street, and she’s working hard on learning new tricks. She can occasionally get reactive toward her foster’s dog, but she has already made huge strides with her social skills. Her fosters haven’t tried her with other dogs yet, but she has tons of potential with the right introductions and guidance.

Lilly is a loving, loyal companion who just needs a patient, understanding home to help her continue growing into the incredible dog she’s destined to be. With her beauty, sweetness, and snuggly nature, she’s sure to be someone’s perfect girl.

All of our dogs and puppies go home spayed or neutered, microchipped, and heartworm tested (for dogs 7 months and older). They are also up to date on core vaccines, as well as heartworm, flea, and tick preventatives. Each adoption includes a 3.5-pound bag of dog or puppy food and a free vet exam at one of our participating veterinary partners.
