Adzuki came to us along with his littermates, and is ready to find his furever home. Adzuki and his siblings seem to be pretty undersocialized, and can be nervous in new places and with new people. But Adzuki is making lots of progress, and gains a little more confidence every day! He is looking for a family that will be understanding and patient, and give him the time to blossom. As with any puppy, Adzuki is going to require training and socialization to set him up for a lifetime of success. Adzuki is very young and still growing, we are not sure how big he will get however we expect him to be large and 50-60lbs or more as an adult. If you have other animals in your home, we recommend bringing them in to do a meet and greet before taking Adzuki home. OUR MISSION: It is the mission of the Fairfield County Dog Adoption Center & Shelter to provide an environment of continuous improvement; emphasizing excellent service and safety for the community; providing the dogs and people of Fairfield County protection, care, and compassion with innovative, yet sustainable means; all while maintaining a standard of the utmost integrity.
It is the purpose of the Fairfield County Dog Adoption Center and Shelter to embrace the dogs of the community; to keep lost or adoptable dogs safe until they can find their way home; to protect Fairfield County through the enforcement of Section 955 of the Ohio Revised Code , and to continue to provide the community with education opportunities on the importance of pet safety and population control.
