My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, I’m Huey. I’m a happy, lovable guy who is ready to find my forever family. I’m an active pup who loves to run, go for walks, and chase a ball. That’s my favorite game. When playtime is over, I’m all about snuggles, and cuddling is one of my best skills.

I get along great with kids and currently share my home with a cat, so feline friends are just fine by me. I can be a bit particular with other dogs. Sometimes we click, and sometimes we do not, so a meet and greet would be best if you already have a pup at home.

My ideal home would have a yard where I can stretch my legs or be in a walkable neighborhood so we can enjoy daily adventures together. Most importantly, I’m looking for a family who has time to play, love, and laugh with me every day.

I am located at Companion Animal Alliance. CAA is open for adoptions Tuesday through Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. No appointment is necessary, so please stop by to meet me.

All dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, and ready to go before adoptions are finalized. For any additional questions, please email adopt@caabr.org
