Meet Vaca, a charming guinea pig looking for a new home! Vaca is a curious little piggy who loves to explore her surroundings and snack on fresh veggies. With her soft fur, bright eyes and a knack for squeaking at exactly the right moments, she brings warmth and charm to every day. She loves nibbling on leafy greens, exploring cozy hideouts and settling in for long, contented naps. Vaca will thrive with a large enclosure with plenty of space to roam, lots of hay for munching and cozy spots to relax. Guinea pigs are extremely social creatures and typically benefit significantly from living with another guinea pig friend of the same sex! Vaca would appreciate a gentle and attentive owner who can provide HIM/HER with daily interaction and enrichment. Our lifesaving safety net has helped San Diego become the largest city in the U.S. to keep healthy and treatable shelter animals from being euthanized. We are a private, independent, nonprofit organization that is not affiliated with any other humane society or society for the prevention of cruelty to animals.
