My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Elsa is a super sweet, super affectionate, super playful, all around super young lady. She was not feeling well and hungry so found herself on a busy street in someone's yard looking for help.

When she came into our rescue she had flea dermatitis and ringworm. She was so skinny and her coat was in horrible condition. We took her in and had her completely vetted. She recovered from the fleas, worms, ringworm and took a couple months for the ulcer in her mouth to heal from lack of nutrition and to fight off a terrible upper respiratory infection She is doing much better now, and her coat is growing back in nicely.

Even with the bathing and medications, from day one she was an absolute pleasure. Purring, rubbing up on you, and loving attention and play time. She is now so much better and ready to find a family to call her own.

She gets along with other cats and is very curious about the dogs in her foster home. If you just can't resist that gorgeous face, please fill out an application to make her part of your family!

More about this rescue

We are a NJ nonprofit completely run by dedicated volunteers. We do everything possible to educate the public about the importance of neuter/spay, TNR to keep colonies under control, and find great homes for the adoptable pets in need. We work with our adopters after adoption to make sure both family members, human and furry, are happy and adjusted.
