She came in as a stray on 11/10/25, and we think she’s about 10 months old. Laurie is a true sweetheart with a heart full of love just waiting to share.
She can be shy at first with new people, but her desire for affection wins every time. One look at her soft eyes, and she’ll have you wrapped around her little paw. She’s the kind of puppy who will melt your heart in an instant.
Laurie is a little nervous around toys at first, but with a gentle hand and some encouragement, she’ll discover that playtime can be just as fun as snuggle time. She’ll thrive with someone willing to help her gain confidence and teach her all about life as a happy, healthy puppy.
She is available for adoption now, so hurry in to meet this sweet little lovebug!

All adoptions are $199.00. Adoptions include the following: Vaccines, microchip, Current dog license, spay/neuter, de-worming medication.

Our office is open Monday- Friday 8:30-4:30 and Saturdays from 10:00-2:00. Our kennels are closed on Mondays. The kennels are open Tuesday- Friday 11:00-4:15, Saturdays we open 10:00-1:45.

Did you know... The Richland County Dog Warden's Office & Adoption Center is self-funded and does not receive any tax paying dollars. Our revenue comes from dog license fees, adoptions, impound fees, and YOUR donations. You can send Donations by check or money order to the shelter: 810 N. Home Rd. Mansfield, Ohio 44906.
The shelter always accepts cash donations. However, there are always other things we need too. You can call it a wish list: Bleach, laundry detergent, Capstar flea tablets, Advantage flea drops, pet shampoo,Paper Towels, and sturdy collars and leashes for our dogs here at the facility and those going on transport to rescue.
