Say hello to Maggie! After losing her home in August to a fire and then testing heartworm positive, Maggie is wishing for a miracle now. January 14th her housemate Duke was lucky enough to get a foster and head to Connecticut. Her puppy Drew was adopted in October. Now poor Maggie is still stuck in boarding wondering what happened to the happy life she had before the fire. But at least she is safe with American Lab Rescue. She needs a foster or forever family to get her on to the next chapter of her life. Boarding is no place for this pretty girl to be wasting time in when she could be a part of your family! Apply today with a free application @ www.americanlabrescue.com and let's get Maggie on her way!
This resilient 2-year-old has patiently waited and is very happy as she poses for her new pictures. Maggie will be a ray of sunshine during the cold winter months, and she is excited to be a part of a family and live in a home again. Maggie is microchipped, current with her vaccinations, and has completed heartworm treatment. Maggie is ready to leave the sad past behind and start enjoying a new life. Her housemate Duke is a sweet and very friendly guy, and it is obvious that these dogs were loved. She has her paws crossed to be on the next transport, arriving in the Northeast on February 21st. Please consider opening up your heart and home so this sweet girl can find her family. If sunshine had four paws and a waggy tail, it might just look a lot like Maggie!
