Name: Sienna Best Guess for Breed: Lab and boxer mix
Best Guess for Age: 10 months as of December 2025 SEX: Female
Approximate Weight: 33.2 lbs as of 12/7/25 - she is still growing.
Gets Along With: Other dogs! Sienna has done well in her foster home with children. We haven't seen her with cats but we are happy to discuss integration techniques with any potential adopters!
Currently Living at: DC area foster home
Special adoption considerations: Dogs from Puerto Rico have a major transition to go through when they arrive and will need humans who are very committed to socialization. We think Sienna would do best with either a resident dog or a family who can make sure she can go on walks regularly with other dogs, visit the dog park, or go to doggie daycare to learn the ropes.
Sienna is Looking For: Her forever home! Sienna is a sato from Puerto Rico who is now seeking her forever home in the DC area. She's a young girl, hasn't seen nearly enough of the world yet, and is eager to have her own humans for sniffy walks, romps in the park, and all the adventures they can dream up! Dog school would be great, too, so she can show how super smart she is. |
Most of all, though, she wants to know she's safe and loved, where she belongs. In exchange, she promises adoring gazes and all the love and loyalty in her body. What do you say? Is this sweetie the one you see by your side?
What My Foster Says About Me: Sienna is a kind and kid loving dog! She is very sweet and is learning quickly how to sit and lay down and is very food motivated. She is very curious. She is working on her leash skills and potty training. She loves to play and do tug of war!
Sienna is a happy pup with boundless energy, but she is also super sweet and wants to snuggle with her humans when activities are over. She is learning leash manners and she's super curious about the sights and sounds experienced in the yard or on walks. Sienna is treat motivated. Sienna loves to play with toys and loved playing with our resident dog. Sienna is eager to play with friends (and then snuggle afterwards!).
Lucky Dog cannot guarantee any dog is housebroken. All of our dogs are working on their crate training.
