History: Our Out of the Cold Rescue Effort was a great success in welcoming over 180+ animals to rescue from rural areas in North Dakota before the cold set in. These animals are all so deserving and thankful to get a second chance in finding a forever home of their own!
A Note from the Foster: Hi! I'm Lainey! Foster mom calls me that after someone named Lainey Wilson. So sometimes she calls me Laineyyyyy Wilson (in a sing songy voice). I do like the songs she plays me. I even listen. I came to stay at her house when some nice people picked me up "Out of the Cold" and brought me here.
When I got to rescue I had a pretty bad cold and a hurt eye but Foster mom and the vets took really good care of it and I am doing SO much better. Foster mom says I'm going to be beautiful my whole life. My ears are fluffy and my coat is very soft.
I LOVE being an indoor dog and I adapted really quickly to being a "very good girl!" I'm about 12 weeks old so I am still a pup but - I potty outside and sleep in my kennel without any fuss! Wait til you see how good I am!!
I am pretty quiet most of the time. I like to sit near my favorite people and cuddle. I lay on the floor by feet or on the couch when I'm allowed. Foster mom rubs my soft spotted belly and I LOVE it! I don't do things most puppies do like bark, whine, nip or look for things to chew or be naughty. I am so good that my human Foster brother thinks I am an old dog. Maybe I have an old soul but I am still a puppy! Once in a while I let loose and run and wrestle.
I can't WAIT to meet my forever family and love them so so so much!
