Carol is a tiny ball of joy and energy! This sweet girl was surrendered after spending her life as a breeding mama in an outdoor kennel, and she’s now discovering the luxuries of home life — cozy beds, gentle human love, and endless playtime.
She’s an energizer bunny who could play with other dogs all day long, so an energetic canine playmate is a must (the more dogs, the merrier!). Carol is crate trained and sleeps quietly through the night, and she’s making great progress on her housetraining (she spent her life in a kennel). She’s also comfortable with older kids and teens, as long as they understand the importance of keeping doors closed so she stays safe inside.
Home Requirements:
• Adult or older-child/teen household (no young children)
• Securely fenced yard
• Must have at least one playful dog (the more dogs the merrier!)
Medical & Adoption Info:
Spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and heartworm negative.
Fostered in the Tampa Bay Area.

We are a non-breed specific dog rescue group, although we do tend to take in mostly large and extra-large breeds, and especially those in the hunting / sporting groups.
Love for Paws exists to protect and advocate for dogs in our community through responsible adoption, the donation of supplies and veterinary care to those in need, by assisting in the effort to limit the overpopulation of these animals and by promoting kindness and healthy opportunity for life.
