She is an active girl with all the typical hound-y quirks; she is vocal, goofy, and loves food! Honeynut does well with other dogs but seems to prefer her doggy friends to be more calm than playful. Her ideal home is one with a yard to protect from squirrels, lots of yummy treats, and a couch for snuggling! If you have other animals in your home, we recommend bringing them in to do a meet and greet before taking Honeynut home. OUR MISSION: It is the mission of the Fairfield County Dog Adoption Center & Shelter to provide an environment of continuous improvement; emphasizing excellent service and safety for the community; providing the dogs and people of Fairfield County protection, care, and compassion with innovative, yet sustainable means; all while maintaining a standard of the utmost integrity.
