🐾 Meet Sable Mae: Your Next Adventure Buddy! 🐾
Looking for a happy, loving co-pilot for all of life's adventures? Look no further! Sable Mae is a gorgeous 7-month-old female Rottweiler mix who is ready to shower her future family with wags and kisses.
✨ About Sable Mae
Age: 7 months old
Breed: Rottweiler Mix
Personality: Happy, loving, and always ready for an adventure! Sable Mae sees the world as one big, exciting place just waiting to be explored. Whether it's a walk in the park, a car ride, or just a new toy, she's all in! She has a wonderful, affectionate nature and loves to be close to her people.
🏡 Her Ideal Home
Sable Mae is looking for a forever home that understands the energy and needs of a young, smart mix breed. Her perfect match includes:
Older Kids: She would thrive in a home with older, dog-savvy children who can match her playful spirit and participate in her training and exercise.
Bigger Dogs: She loves having companions! She would do wonderfully with a bigger, confident canine friend who can be a role model and playmate.
A Yard: A secure, fenced-in yard is a must-have for this girl! She needs space to safely romp, run off her puppy energy, and play games of fetch.
If you have a heart full of love, a yard for playing, and a family ready to welcome a joyful adventurer, Sable Mae is waiting for you.
She has had parvo/distemper, bordatella, a rabies shot, microchip, dewormer, heartworm testing, and is spayed. Her adoption fee is $165.

Additional adoption info
The adoption process:
Step 1: Complete the Adoption Application. You can request an adoption application via email. Once complete the form can be emailed back for review. You can always pick a adoption application at any of our events.
Step 2: We will review completed applications, do reference and fence checks, as well as a home visit, if needed. Please remember that adopting a pup is making a commitment of 10-15 years, so we do not take any shortcuts in processing applications. It is our responsibility to place these pups in the very best homes we can possibly find for them.
Step 3: When your Adoption Application is approved, we will schedule a time for you to meet the pup that just might be the newest member of your family.
***Please remember that we are an all-volunteer, foster based rescue organization. We do not have a public shelter facility, so all meetings for potential adopters and fosters are done by appointment only. ***
Step 4: After the meeting, if everything seems to be a perfect match, the final step is the signing of the Adoption Contract, payment of the $165 adoption fee and $75 deposit, which makes it $240 (if the animal is not spayed or neutered yet), and taking your new family member home. You will get your deposit back when their 6 months old and altered.

More about this rescue
We are a non-profit volunteer ran organization dedicated to eradicating animal cruelty to all breeds in Wichita and surrounding counties. While we will help any animal in need that we can, we seek to promote the bully breed as the loving and loyal animals they are. All our animals are in private foster homes of caring volunteers. Our animals come to us under many different circumstances. They may be from an accidental or unwanted litter, the one abandoned at a shelter, the one that "got too big", the one sitting on the side of the road waiting for the owner, the one that escaped their chain, the irresponsible result of a breeder, the one left behind when the owners moved, or the one beat and left for dead. The list could go on. We hold adoption events throughout the year and during the colder months we hit the streets looking for neglected and/or dogs in need. We hand out cold weather supplies and educate owners about community resources that are available and proper dog ownership.
