Meet Wednesday!
This adorable Heeler mix girl is sweet, gentle, great with other dogs, and loves kids. She has the cutest big ears you’ve ever seen — the kind that perk up at every kind word, squeaky toy, or rustling treat bag. Wednesday enjoys snuggles, playtime, and being close to her people, and she’s growing more confident and curious every day.
Her early life had a few eerie twists — living on a crowded property with many dogs and overcoming parvo — but those chapters are behind her now. Wednesday is learning that life isn’t all gloom and mystery; it’s full of warmth, comfort, and families who want to love her. She may start off a little unsure, but once she settles in, she reveals her sweet, affectionate nature and a playful spark that makes her irresistible.
Like any young pup, Wednesday will need continued training, patience, and routine to help her grow into a wonderful adult dog. With the right home, she’ll bring a perfect mix of charm, fun, and just a touch of Wednesday-style whimsy — the kind that makes every day feel a little brighter. She was born in May 2025 and is fostered in Fort Worth, Texas.
OUR DOGS ARE FOSTERED IN TEXAS OR PENNSYLVANIA BUT AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION AND TRANSPORT OUT OF STATE. Read below for more information.
All of our dogs are located in a foster home in Texas or Pennsylvania. Our dogs are transported to a predetermined location agreed upon by the rescue. The adoption contract and fee are finalized prior to transport. As a Mutts N Such direct adoption, the adoption interview/meet and greet occurs on video call (Skype, FB Messenger call, Facetime, etc).
Our out of state adoption fee is $350 plus transport (varies by location). This fee includes all current vaccinations, deworming, a registered microchip, fecal analysis, spay/neuter for pets 6 months & older, and a heartworm test if over 6 months old. All dogs will be current on flea/heartworm prevention. A health exam will be completed and a certificate issued by a veterinarian within 10 days. Note: MNS reserves the right to deny any application that is deemed unsuitable for the animal. Please be aware that our animal adoptions are NOT on a first come- first serve basis. Our sole purpose is to find the best possible home for the animals that fall under our care.
