Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Biscuit! This silly little hound is ready to find a home he can finally call his own. He is wonderfully dog friendly and uses his one working brain cell to keep you laughing from the moment you meet him. Biscuit is all wiggles, joy, and goofy charm in the very best hound way.
He came to HSEC with his brother Gravy, but the two are not bonded. They just happen to be named after the best southern breakfast duo out there. Biscuit is perfectly happy to go off and start his own adventure with a family who loves his playful personality.
If you are looking for a sweet, funny, and easygoing companion, make sure you check Biscuit out. He is ready to bring a whole lot of sunshine into someone’s life.

More about this rescue
The Humane Society of Eastern Carolina's mission is to serve as a safe haven for homeless and neglected pets and act as a resource to the community. By educating the public about issues pertaining to animals, we feel that we can work towards the elimination of over breeding of dogs and cats and teach owners to be responsible pet owners. At the same time, we hope to facilitate adoption of pets to good homes so that we can allow more unwanted animals to find a temporary home with us.
