Macie (Brindle) and Mackley (Tan) are 1-year-old siblings who are sweet, adorable, lovable, and looking for someone to love them back forever. They've been through a lot in a very short time from being dumped then ending up in a high kill shelter next up for euthanasia. They were saved and brought to New Jersey.
In spite of all they've been through, Macie and Mackley absolutely love people, get along with dogs and are fine with cats. Both have a nice playful energy so kids 14 and older would be ideal. They walk nicely on leash, know basic obedience, and are housetrained. They love being around people and promise to offer you a lifetime of love, and enjoy learning new things!!

The first step is to submit an adoption application at www.northstarpets.org. Volunteers will process your application. Please be patient!
Home Check
In a very very small number of situations, a home check may be needed if we have any questions or concerns after processing the application.
Meet the Pet
A meet and greet will be arranged for approved applicants with you and your entire family including your current pets.
