Hi there! My name is Max and I'm at the Santa Maria Campus. I am a 4 month old, male, Black Labrador Retriever Mix who came to SB Humane from an overcrowded shelter.
I am very friendly and I am already showing that I am going to be a great companion. I love attention, I am very smart and I already did really great for my first bath.
I am great with my brother and I am learning some puppy manners while I am here with my shelter friends.
Adoptions are open 12pm-4:30pm every day, except Wednesdays, and no appointment is needed.
Like all SBH animals, when I am adopted I will have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. Adoptions also include a certificate for a complimentary post-adoption veterinary exam from a local clinic and our partners at Purina will provide a supply of food for my first few days at home.
Need some supplies? Both SB Humane Campuses have retail centers stocked with everything you need, at comparable prices, and your purchase helps support our mission.
