Hi there! My name is Basil and I'm at the Santa Maria Campus. I am a 7 month old, female, Labrador Retriever mix who came to SB Humane in search of a loving home to share my love with.
Did someone say lets have tons of fun? I am the life of the party with my happy-go-lucky attitude and my silly smile. I am super smart and eager to please. I grew up with another dog in the home, and some tiny humans.
I am still a young pup, so I would love a family who is willing to teach me how to be a great doggy citizen. If you are up for a lifetime of fun and adventure, then I would love to be your joyful sidekick.
Adoptions are open 12pm-4:30pm every day, except Wednesdays, and no appointment is needed.
Like all SBH animals, when I am adopted I will have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. Adoptions also include a certificate for a complimentary post-adoption veterinary exam from a local clinic and our partners at Purina will provide a supply of food for my first few days at home.
Need some supplies? Both SB Humane Campuses have retail centers stocked with everything you need, at comparable prices, and your purchase helps support our mission.
