My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Say hi to Pepsi, a classic beauty with a personality as bubbly as her name! This sweet black-and-white tuxedo girl is the perfect blend of elegance and affection. With her crisp white "socks" and gentle soul, Pepsi is a total sweetheart who loves nothing more than a soft lap and a kind word. She has a calm, loving temperament that makes her an easy addition to any home looking for a loyal companion. If you’re looking for a girl who is as sophisticated as she is snuggly, Pepsi is the perfect choice!

Pepsi is currently waiting for her forever home at the Cove Lifesaving Center. Stop by to meet her during our open hours:

Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Thursday – Saturday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Sunday: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Ready to make her part of the family? You can also submit a no-obligation application by clicking "Apply for Adoption."

More about this rescue

A New Leash on Life has a goal of saving all the adoptable pets about to die in the municipal shelters of Alabama until we become a NO KILL state. We rescue, provide veterinary care, provide a foster home or adoption center spot, and find adopters who are good matches for homeless dogs and cats...AND horses, pigs, rabbits, and any other animal who needs our help. All animals are fully vetted, including spay/neuter, microchip, vaccines, testing (HW for dogs, FIV/Felv for cats), and whatever else they need before adoption.
