Here's what my friends at the shelter had to say about me “Gamora was staring up at me from her kennel with the most terrified eyes, so I knew I had to try to befriend her. After some gentle coaxing and treats, she army crawled out of her kennel. Once we got outside, she froze in the run, unsure of what to do.
But with a few treats, soft baby talk, and toys, she slowly started to open up. She’s genuinely the sweetest thing. When she got excited but didn’t know how to show it, she’d get extra wiggly and then run away anxiously — it was adorable and heartbreaking at the same time.
We temp tested her with another anxious girl and they just stood there, unsure of how to socialize, but she showed interest and gave little tail wags. She just needs to feel safe.
Gamora deserves to army crawl out of those shelter doors for the last time and blossom in a loving home.”
Gamora doesn’t need much — just a calm home, kindness, and someone willing to help her feel safe. She deserves a chance to grow up, not give up.
