Olive and Church were found abandoned, sick & dying… thank goodness Deb Oliver took them in and bottle fed them until they were old enough to go to a foster. They are now with Danielle, who is taking wonderful care of them. It is time for them to be adopted together. This special pair must stay together as Church takes care of his sister, who is visually impaired… You will absolutely love these two when you meet them!

We also verify two references, a vet check for up-to-date vaccinations, SNAP test . We verify the property, and if the adopter is renting, we do require that the lease have information regarding an adoption of a pet or speak with the landlord. It is only after the application is approved that people can come in to meet the cats and kittens.

At SCARLI, in conjunction with LICKS, is a nonprofit, no kill Cat Rescue. Our mission is to reduce Long Island homeless cat population, and it is achieved through rescue, recuperation, and adoption of kittens and cats. We provide TNR services to many of the community cats locally.
