Hi everyone, I’m Fin! I’m a 7-month-old neutered hound mix with a big personality and an even bigger heart. I’m outgoing, playful, and absolutely LOVE romping around with my foster dog siblings. If you’re looking for a fun, affectionate, and energetic pup to brighten your days, I just might be your guy!
I traveled all the way from Louisiana to Wisconsin after being found as a stray. When I first arrived in my foster home, I was shy, anxious, and unsure of my surroundings. I even tried to guard my food and treats—life had taught me to be cautious. But with patience, love, and consistency, I’ve learned that I’m safe now. I’ve come out of my shell and am becoming a confident, happy pup who enjoys attention and trust.
I love going for walks, though I still pull on the leash sometimes. Puppy classes would be great for helping me fine-tune my manners and continue building my confidence. I already know several commands: my name, come, sit, and kennel! I’m almost fully potty trained—just the occasional accident. I sleep wonderfully in my kennel at night and don’t mind hanging out there during the day while my foster humans are at work.
I’m curious about the cats in my foster home and try to play with them, but they aren’t too impressed with my puppy enthusiasm.

We are all volunteers passionate about dogs. Our goal is to find homes for displaced dogs that could possibly be euthanized in a shelter. We all are volunteers and will try to get back to you in a timely manner but it may take up to 72 hours.
