Animals story: (where found and reason for rehoming): Oliver was a stray that was found in the middle of the road near Ocala. He was hit by a car and had two fractures to his front Leg. He needed surgery to fix his leg and is now fixed. He currenyly has splint and Bandage that needs to stay on for two more weeks (till around Dec 5th 2025)..
Oliver has been through so much and through many different foster homes in less than two months. He is extremely sweet and wants to please, he just hasn’t had any kind of training. He will Be a great dog to someone who understands high energy puppies and has time to train him.

Oliver has been passed around so much he hasn’t had a chance to acclimate to any sort of routine or to feel comfortable. I’m looking for someone who can give this dog the chance he deserves. His current foster home won’t be able to keep him long and we need someone to be able to help as soon as possible. We are looking for a foster to adopt situation. Someone who can get him to the vet a few more times and would like to add him as a permanent member of their family.

Personality: Extremely sweet, loves attention, high energy - just wants to be loved .

House Trained and/or crate trained? Both!

Any bad habits or things that need to be worked on with him/her? Has a lot of energy and needs training.

Dog good with kids, cats, or other dogs? Oliver is good with dogs, cats, and kids

Animals vetting history (neutered/spayed, vaccinations, microchipped)?: neutered and up to date on vaccinations
Bandaging: ALL vet care for this current issue with his leg is covered. He needs bandage changes every five days for the next two weeks and would love to find a Foster to adopt situation!

More about this rescue

Furry Nation Salvation, Inc. is a foster based all-volunteer non-profit animal rescue organization located in Florida. We commit our resources throughout Volusia County and surrounding areas in finding permanent homes for abandoned, unwanted, and neglected animals. Run by dedicated volunteers, our work is a heartfelt collaboration in making a difference for the innocent animals without a voice. Our foster volunteers “one on one” care help us to determine the animals true personality to best fit them into their forever home. We also promote, practice, and work, in the area of TNR (trap, neuter, return). This method of population reduction and control for feral cats has proven to be successful and we are committed to this method. FNS strives to educate the public on the importance of spay and neutering their pets and provide locations where they are able to do so at a discounted price. We assist in transporting animals to and from veterinary clinics, and help individuals place their unwanted pet who would otherwise be dumped at an animal shelter with an uncertain future. We do so by utilizing social media and animal adoption sites and always making ourselves available with support and advice. We love what we do and together we make a difference for so many. Furry Nation Salvation does not have a facility and rely on foster homes for our rescued animals. Our current goal is to establish a dedicated rescue facility to be able to help even more animals in need.
