November is Adopt a Senior Month, and here at Wagging Tails Dog Rescue, many of our wonderful dogs are seniors—calm, loving, and simply looking for a soft place to land.
Nyla, a 9-year-old 20 LB sweetheart, is the perfect example. She’s a total people-pup who loves being near her humans and will happily curl up beside you—or right in your lap. Nyla is fully housetrained, sleeps quietly through the night, walks beautifully on leash, and stays calm and quiet when left alone. With her gentle nature, good appetite, and easygoing personality, she’d fit seamlessly into any home.

Since we are a small foster home based rescue we very rarely hold adoption events. We mostly have meet and greets to approved adopters. On the rare occasion we may bring a dog or so out to an event however we do not allow on event site adoptions.

More about this rescue
The mission of our small foster home based 501C3 organization is to rescue homeless dogs with no hope; especially those living in inhumane conditions. Whether it's dogs in cramped, dirty puppy mill cages, barbaric international dog meat farms, hoarding situations or those living in the streets and shelters - we give them a brand new lease on life. Wagging Tails Dog Rescue NY provides all the dogs we save with appropriate veterinary care, loving foster homes and adopt them out to caring and responsible forever homes.
