Meet Mai! The sweetest kitten angel of them all! PURRFECT in every way and still a baby!
Older kittens, Momma and Young Adult cats make some of our best therapy snuggle buddies. They tend to think of their humans as an extended part of their mothering duties and these beauties are all incredible. Gorgeous supermodels but with hearts of gold.

Let's talk about them individually:

Mai - 8m old Mai is a VERY dear baby for us! She is non stop happiness in a licorice sweet package. Friendly fun and still a kitten at heart - she loves a busy or quiet home and gets along with every person or pet u meet! Angel baby who is very lo shed so she's great for families with sensitive allergies. Can be solo cat or busy home cat - she's just purrfect!

Sweetheart - this 2yr old angel momma is just the most cuddly soft and darn wonderful young gal! She's a lover of all and has been nothing but a gem in foster, caring for her babies AND all her human friends. Happy all the time, purring and making biscuits - she's seriously special and def has the makings of a
therapy cat for the right family

Bernadette - 18m Bengal mix - this petite princess is a living doll! She is so unique too - GORGEOUS with triple stripes down her back that we have never seen before on other cats - just the coolest! She is quiet gentle and loving. Mom to our "Big Bang Theory" babies - she's just as sweet as sugar and will wow u with her happy chirpy self!

Senora Luna - this barely 1yr young mom is truly a gem! Mom to our "Horse Racing" litter - she has been in an amazing foster where she had given birth and given LOVE to everyone she meets. Gentle quiet and sooo sooo loving - she is mother to all she meet and is truly remarkable! Video on request - great solo cat too although she is fine with other pets - just easy going!

Please make sure to READ our ADOPTION GUIDELINES. Also if you are UNDER 23yrs OLD YOU MUST HAVE A PARENT/GUARDIAN to cosign or apply. We do not test for breed or hypoallergenic qualities so please do not ask!

All of our adoptable animals are spayed/neutered - are fully vaccinated - and up to date on necessary vet care. Some animals that are listed are special needs might have chronic problems that the adopter would cover for future vetting, although this is rare.

More about this rescue

Welcome to Rock N' Rescue! We are a 501c3 cat rescue (and a few dogs!) based in Westchester County NY. Our goal is not only to save the lives of kittens and cats coming from high kill shelters, but to raise awareness of many issues concerning animal welfare. We also have a therapy cat program, providing special cats deemed gentle enough to be able to relieve stress for individuals suffering from illness, PTSD and other stress/trauma in their lives. All of our cats must go to an indoor only home and are not allowed to be declawed (unless they are rescued already declawed). Adopters are encouraged to post happy tales here too!

We also are happy to do custom searches if you are looking for a particular breed/mixed breed of cat or dog!
