Ares might be named after the Greek God of war but the only battle you'll be doing with him is to earn his trust. Ares has a playful spirit and a heart full of love. He’s still a bit shy at first, but give him a little time and patience, and you'll discover a sweet cuddlebug who loves to snuggle up and give gentle kisses.
Ares is full of kitten energy—he enjoys chasing toys, exploring his surroundings, and playing with his furry friends. He gets along well with other cats and dog in his foater home. He’s also kid-friendly and would do well in a family setting.

Adoption Fee = $50-$125
· All Friends Animals have been spayed or neutered
· Vaccinations, HW and flea preventative up to date
· Heartworm test on age-appropriate dogs
You will also receive:
· A free vet check certificate (Bienville, Big Ridge)
· A free ID tag from 2 Dogs Dancing in OS

· To assist Jackson County Animal Shelter in securing good, reliable adoptive families for animals through social networking, transport to other states and local adoption events.
· To educate the public on the importance of spay and neuter laws, animal protection laws, and pet owner responsibility.
