Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Athena, named for the Greek Goddess of Wisdom, has wit and common sense! She is stoic, gracious and refined. Athena's human companion will not know if she is trying to prove something or show off. She will be laid back and quiet as Athena absorbs your attention and listens to your voice. She loves to follow you around the house with a cute prissy walk. Athena keeps entertained playing with kitty toys, but her favorite is chasing a ball rolling on the floor. She seeks out a window seat to watch the squirrels and birds eat. Athena will search for an empty cardboard box for a nap!
Athena's ideal home is with an individual, couple or family; she seems to take to male company but will except a female's lap. Athena hangs around her littermate Hades and is comfortable being around other cats. If no other cats are in your home, consider adopting Athena along with Hades even though Hades thinks Athena is a know-it-all!
Athena is a brown tiger tabby with white mittens and white locket. She shows off hazel eyes; Athena is tall and upright and poses like a statue. As of November 2025, Athena is 8 months old. Her adoption fee is $80.
