Sweet Pepper, a 3 year old, male, Merle Miniature Poodle Puppy Mill survvivor, is looking for a home. He came to us extremely filthy and so matted we were unsure how he was even able to walk. Like many breeder release dogs he spent his years in a cramped space treated as a puppy producer with little to no personal attention or Vet care. Now safe with us Pepper is learning what it means to ba a cherished companion & is discovering basic joys like walking on grass , playing with toys and recieving gentle pets. Pepper is still timid & learning that human hands offer pets, not harm. Pepper needs a quiet. patient home where he can build his confidence and trust. If you have a heart for a deserving soul who has never known comfort, please consider adopting Pepper. Pepper is now current on vaccines and neutered. For more indormation or to meet Pepper please contact Tri-County Animal Rescue Center ( kennel license # 8704)
