My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

More About Biggs
-The perfect couch potato who loves short, easy walks
-Lived with a cat and did well
-Gentle, soft play style with dog friends
-Loves every person he meets
-Enjoys brief zoomies followed by long, cozy naps
-Treat lover and champion snuggler

Little Big Man, or as we know him Biggs has found his way back to the farm, and we are so happy to welcome him again. Originally from Palm Beach, this sweet boy has always been the definition of calm comfort. He is the ideal couch potato with just a dash of adventure. A short walk, a little sniff around the yard, and he is ready to curl up for a long, peaceful nap.

Biggs has lived with a cat, has a gentle and dainty play style with his dog friends, and makes instant friends with every human he meets. He gets the occasional burst of zoomies that last a minute or two, which only makes him more endearing, and then he is perfectly content to snooze the day away on a cozy bed near the people he loves. A treat or two only makes things better in his world.

Biggs is easygoing, affectionate, and happy to simply exist by your side.

More about this rescue

Animal Farm Foundation gets to know each dog as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not by breed label.

Located in Dutchess County NY, AFF has been working nationally to secure equal treatment and opportunity for “pit bull” dogs since 1985.

OUR ORGANIZATION
Animal Farm Foundation, Inc., a not-for-profit corporation, has been rescuing and re-homing animals, as well as making grants to other humane organizations, since the mid-1980's.

We currently dedicate our resources to securing equal treatment and opportunity for "pit bull" dogs. Whether the dog is called a "pit bull" because of a documented pedigree, or merely on the basis of physical appearance, recognizing that these dogs are individuals for whom we are responsible is an integral step toward a compassionate future for all dogs.
