Scarlett is a beautiful sweet 1.5 year old kitty. She was adopted from us at 2.5 months old and a few weeks ago she was brought into the vets office as a stray kitty. Her owners phone number was disconnected and they were no longer living at the same location so she came back to the rescue. She was confused and little nervous for a few hours but already settled back in and sweet as ever. She has received her booster vaccines and would love a home she can spend the rest of her life in. Founded in 2020, Friends of Felines Rescue initially began in Rio Linda and now proudly serves both Rio Linda and its surrounding areas.
