Meet Nimbus!
5 months old mixed breed | 28 lbs | Fostered in Mountville, PA
If you’ve been waiting for your very own little cloud of joy—meet Nimbus, the fluffy silver lining to your day!
Nimbus traveled all the way from Georgia with his siblings (who’ve all been adopted), and now this sweet boy is wondering when it’ll be his turn to find a forever home. He’s the total package: friendly, cuddly, smart, and adorable enough to make your heart melt on sight.
Dog-friendly? Absolutely—he loves dogs of all sizes and ages!
Cat-friendly? Yep! He’s curious but gentle, and might try to play if your kitty’s up for it.
Kid- and people-loving? 100%! Nimbus never met a human he didn’t want to snuggle and play with.
He’s got the perfect puppy balance—playful and goofy one minute, then happily curled up for a nap the next. Nimbus is food-motivated (so training is a breeze), doing great with house and crate training, and learning his leash skills like a pro. He is working on his travel manners as car rides make his tummy hurt.
Nimbus is up to date on vaccines and preventatives, microchipped, and will need to be neutered prior to 7 months of age.
If you’re looking for a sweet, cloud-soft cuddlebug with a heart as big as his puppy paws, Nimbus is ready to float right into your life!

We are PA Caring for K-9's, an all-breed dog rescue that is solely run by volunteers. Most of our dogs are rescued from high kill shelters in the South. If the dog is posted, they are still available! Once arriving, these dogs enter foster homes, as we do not have a shelter. We cannot adopt out dogs to a home with dogs that are not fixed or up to date on shots. If interested in adopting, please submit an application online at www.pack9rescue.org. Our adoption fee for altered dogs is $350 and goes directly to saving the lives of more dogs. Our adoption fee for unaltered puppies will be $400 which includes a refundable $50 deposit upon receipt of spay/neuter certificate. Learn more about adopting from us or volunteering for us at www.pack9rescue.org or check us out on Facebook for more information and a complete list of dogs available for adoption. https://www.facebook.com/PaCaringForK9s/
