Oh boy! What to say about Hamtara and Ruby. Let's start with Hamtara's name. Hamtara is the runt and looks like a hamster. Back in the '90's, there was a TV show and video game whose main character was a male hamster named Hamtaro. So, we changed the o to a. My daughter named Ruby because of her red eyes. Both Ruby and Hamtara are just adorable. We call them the babies as they are 4 weeks old. Both are getting more social. Ruby gets the zoomies every night and has the most adorable popcorning. Ruby also loves to bury herself under the hay and bedding and allows you to pet her and is completely still. She likes giving me greys!!!!! Hamtara, though brave, is the more cautious one. Both know my voice and wheek like crazy when they hear me.
