Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Theodore! Theodore was transferred to us from the Animal Resource Center. If you hear a series of playful pig snorts coming from the corner, don't worry—that's just Theodore expressing how silly and happy he is!
This charming goofball is all about fun and games. His favorite activities include wrestling with his beloved collection of toys, rolling around, big sloppy kisses, and snuggling! Theodore's main goal in life? To find a forever family that can appreciate his lovable antics and shower him with the warmth and cuddles he deserves.
He's ready to fill your life with laughter and love. All he needs is a warm home and a cozy spot on your couch!

More about this shelter
The Humane Society of Greater Dayton is proud to be a no-kill animal welfare agency. We are committed to finding great homes for great pets! As a 501(c)(3) nonproft, we receive no government funding and rely solely on donations from individuals, companies and grants to fund our programs and services. We are not affiliated with any other animal agency on a local, state or national level. Since 1902, our organization has been devoted to being a voice for the voiceless. Although we proudly find more than 2,000 animals forever homes every year, we are far more than an adoption center. We currently have a wide array of programs to support animals in our community. Through our high-volume spay and neuter clinic, we are able to help pet owners as well as battle cat overpopulation through Trap-Neuter-Return. Our humane society agents also work tirelessly to protect pets from cruel and neglectful circumstances through our Cruelty & Neglect Investigations Department. Through our Veterinary Hospital, we can provide top-quality access to veterinary care at a low cost to pet owners. In addition to our many programs, our organization is unique because we are the only agency in the community able to handle all types of animals. This includes cats and dogs but also rabbits, birds, farm animals, pocket pets and exotics. Our organization is committed to providing our community, our state and our region with support and care.
