Oreo may have been a little skittish outside at first, but once he found his people, he warmed up faster than a cookie in a microwave. He’s great with kids and loves other dogs, making him a social butterfly with a wagging tail.
Fair warning: Oreo has a bit of a prey drive and gets excessively alert—cats and small critters beware! He’d likely be happiest in a cat-free home where he can be the king of the backyard (or the couch).
He’s fixed, vaccinated, microchipped, and heartworm positive—but don’t worry, we’ll cover the treatment, so you can focus on all the cuddles and playtime.

Adoptions take place at our facility at 7215 Sallie Mood Drive, Savannah, GA 31406. Adoption applications are "first come, first served."
Viewing hours are Tuesday-Saturday from 1pm to 6pm. During these hours please come by the shelter so you can interact with available pets and fill out an adoption application.
