Here's what the humans have to say about me:
PLEASE NOTE: This dog is currently out of state but will be transported to Massachusetts shortly with no additional travel costs. Roughly 90% of our dogs are adopted prior to their transport up to MA and 10% are adopted locally.
Meet Charlie! Charlie is approximately 7 years old, 41 lbs currently and he is a medium-sized mixed breed dog! In his foster home, he is doing great with his house training, crate training and leash walking. He could go to a home with dog-savvy kids and other dogs. He has not been exposed to cats.
As a senior dog, he has some arthritis but it doesn`t impact his quality of life and he enjoys all the same activities as other, younger pups!
His foster says, `Charlie has been fostered with 5 dogs and gets along with all of them. He rarely barks. Has heard a low growl a couple of times when another dog tried to get his food but no escalation. Charlie will play with the other dogs a few minutes then wanders around my fenced yard on his own for a bit. His favorite thing to do is nap! He is happy curled up on one end of the couch. He is the easiest foster I have had. He is very laid back and easy going. And he SMILES when he greets you!`
He is available for adoption in N Dartmouth on December 5th. Please fill out an application on our website at https://www.browndogcoalition.com/adoptable as a first step.
-Dogs may not be given as gifts or surprises. -Please thoughtfully discuss with your entire household the physical, safety, financial and emotional responsibilities of a dog BEFORE applying to adopt. - More information about our adoption process, application and adoption fees can be found at browndogcoalition.com
