My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

FUN BOY
Meet Sushi, a young chocolate-point Siamese boy. He's quite a looker with his shiny fur with deep brown coloring, and his bright blue eyes. Sushi is two years old, neutered, microchipped, and fully vaccinated.

For fun, Sushi likes to chase that elusive laser light and climb his nice cat tree (which he will bring along to his new home). He is used to having a buddy cat to chase and play with, so might be accepting of a new feline friend.

A very affectionate boy, Sushi loves head and chin rubs. Stop too soon and he'll put up a paw to ask for more. He likes hanging out watching TV with his foster, sometimes snuggling on her lap. At night he might curl up at the end of the bed, or sometimes under the covers.

Sushi is a sweet and fun cat who will make a wonderful companion animal. For more information about Sushi, contact Sally North at 818-326-9526.

More about this rescue

Laguna Woods Village is a retirement community, and our residents often end up going to assisted living or passing away -- and their kitties are left homeless.

Seeing a real need for someone to step up and address this problem, we established the Laguna Woods Cat Club in 1971. We take in residents' cats when necessary, house them temporarily in our network of foster homes, and find them new and loving homes.

In most cases, our cats come to us having lost their homes and their favorite humans. But cats are resilient, and our wonderful fosters work patiently with the cats to help them heal so they are ready to love again.
