Calliope is an absolute playful sweetheart! Rescued as a young kitten from the shoulder of a road alongside her siblings and parents, she has grown into a confident, people-loving girl. She adores playtime and has a charming way of including everyone—whether it’s other kitties or the humans around her.
Calliope especially loves playing and snuggling with her brother Apollo, and the two of them often curl up together for nap time. This sweet pair would do wonderfully in a home with people who enjoy interactive play and don’t mind becoming a cozy napping spot.

Adoption Fees:
• $100 for adults (12+ months)
• $125 for kittens (under 12 months)
All cats adopted through Silverton Cat Rescue come spayed/neutered, FIV/FELV tested, microchipped, treated for fleas and worms, and given age-appropriate vaccines.
We are not first-come, first-served. Our goal is to match every kitty with the purrfect home.
Silverton Cat Rescue is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, run entirely by volunteers. All cats live in foster homes. Please be patient as we coordinate with fosters to set up meet-and-greets.
Why Most of Our Kittens Are Adopted in Pairs
Kittens are highly social and develop best with another feline friend. A companion supports healthy play, confidence, and emotional well-being. Experts recommend adopting two kittens together, or adopting a solo kitten only if you already have a young, playful cat at home.
Believe it or not, two kittens are often half the work of one—they keep each other entertained, comforted, and well-socialized.
