Nori is a 2-year-old Shih Tzu with a heart full of joy and an absolutely adorable underbite that will steal your heart instantly. This sweet girl is always happy and ready to go wherever her people go — she’s your classic “Velcro pup” who just wants to be part of every adventure.

When Nori first came into rescue, she was severely matted and had to be fully shaved down for her comfort and health. Despite that rough start, her spirit never dimmed. She handled it like a champ and is now feeling so much better and loving life! Her beautiful coat will continue to grow back with proper grooming and care.

She would do wonderfully in a home where she can be loved, cherished, and included as a true family member. If you’re looking for a loyal little best friend with endless personality packed into a small body — Nori is your girl!

The adoption donation varies on the age, breed and vet care provided. All of our dogs receive all necessary vaccines, spay/neuter, microchip, and dewormings. All of our long haired dogs are professionally groomed and our senior pups receive a dental. After filling out an adoption application, one of our team members will check your vet reference and set up a time for you to meet the dog. We do a home check as part of the adoption process and all members of the household (human and canine) must meet the dog prior to finalizing the adoption.

We are a 100% foster based rescue organization. We do not have a facility that you can visit as each of our dogs live in foster homes until they are adopted. We run off of donations and every dollar helps!
