Meet Kodak Royal!
Kodak Royal is a stunning, 2-year-old grey-coated standard poodle, weighing 53 pounds and ready for the loving home he’s always deserved. Recently surrendered, this sweet boy didn’t get much structure or care in his previous life—he was kept in a garage and often ended up running loose. Now he’s safe, and he’s hoping for a family who can give him guidance, companionship, and a fresh start.
Kodak Royal is dog-friendly, but he’s still learning proper manners, so a dog-tolerant companion who won’t be overwhelmed by his enthusiasm would be ideal. He also needs potty training and a consistent routine to help him succeed, but he’s smart, eager, and ready to learn.
One thing Kodak has absolutely mastered? Hugs. This affectionate boy loves wrapping his paws around people and soaking up every bit of attention he can get. With supervision, positive training, and plenty of love, Kodak Royal will blossom into a loyal, joyful, and unforgettable companion.

For the safety of our small breed dogs and based on our past experiences, we will not place our dogs in homes with large breed dogs.

CAMO Rescue is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that offers life, health, and a forever home. We specialize in dogs that other rescues can’t or won’t take due to fearful nature or medical needs. We primarily rescue ‘euthanasia listed’ animals that are in immediate danger of death. We provide shots, spay/neuter, microchip, foster homes, food, medical treatment and love to dogs that are abandoned, unwanted or otherwise in need. We never euthanize an animal to make room for another. In addition to caring for our dogs and finding the best possible home for them, we provide education to the community; encouraging and promoting responsible pet ownership. If needed, our rescue dogs are retrained to socialize in an adoptive loving family. We have had phenomenal success, and amazing support from our community. We believe that animals, as living creatures are entitled to a quality life, respect and compassion. Since humans have domesticated animals, we have a moral and ethical responsibility to care for them. We are partnered with many Shelters to help them reach the same goal.
