My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Allisaundra is now in NJ with a foster as of 11/29.

This gorgeous Cane Corso/lab mix is just a baby at about 4 months old, and she's ready for a fresh start.  Allisaundra came from a tough backyard breeder situation, but despite her rocky beginning, she's nothing but sweetness and potential.

She's a little shy at first, but once she warms up, her affection and gentle side shines.  Allisaundra is playful, friendly, and has a nice moderate energy level - just the right mix of fun and chill.

She's already crate trained and sleep through the night, rides well in the car, and is good with kids and the resident dogs.  She'll bark at bit here and there, but that's just her way of joining the conversation.

Allisaundra is looking for a loving home that will help her continue to build confidence, feel safe, and grow into the wonderful dog she is meant to be.  If you're ready to give this sweet girl the happy life she deserves, she's ready to meet you.

Allisaundra has her initial puppy vaccines. Her adoption fee is $550.

Adopting a dog is a commitment that will require annual veterinary care at a minimum, training, exercise, enrichment, etc. Pet care is not cheap or easy and adopters should consider the costs, time and training   prior to adoption. After all these dogs have been through they deserve a loving, committed home.

We require an application. After reviewing the application, your home sounds suitable for the personality of the animal you are looking for, then a home check and a meeting is set up. For our rescue animals an adoption donation is required. All our rescue animals are up to date on shots, heartworm tested or on preventative, dewormed frontlined and have a microchip.

More about this rescue

Wag On Inn Rescue, A NJ recognized 501(C)3 organization, located in Freehold, NJ, is a small group of dedicated volunteers, trying to rehome dogs and cats. We have a variety of animals looking for their forever home. The animals are worked with individually to be socialized with other animals and with people. Some of the dogs are obedience trained and housebroken. Special care is also taken in working with animals on basic house manners. We have two types of ways we help the animals. One is our rescue program, where we pull animals from shelters and they stay with us until adopted, we also have a "referal program" where we help owners of pets try to find them new homes. with this program, the pets stay with their owners until a new home is found, and adopted from the owner.
